1. Who we are
Thriving Era Studio is run by Rochelle ("Rocha") Livingstone.
The legal entity responsible for your information is Thriving Era Ltd, a company incorporated in England & Wales (company number 16618356), registered office 85 Macers Court, Broxbourne, England EN10 6ED, trading as Thriving Era Studio.
In this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity.
For privacy questions or requests, email rochelle@thrivingera.com.
We are the "controller" of your personal information for the purposes of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
2. What this notice covers
- The website thrivingera.com and its related pages and subdomains.
- The free Founder Systems Diagnostic (founders.thrivingera.com/systems-diagnostic).
- The free AI-Native Audit, including the questionnaire, your report, the report email and the exploratory call.
- The free Founder Quiz (thrivingera.com/quiz).
- Emails we send you, and other Thriving Era Studio products where they link to this notice.
3. What we collect
Everywhere on our sites
- Basic visit data. Pages viewed, the page that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM tags).
- A random session ID created in your browser, so we can see how many people start and finish, without knowing who you are.
- Technical data. Your IP address and browser type (user agent), which our hosting provider logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Web analytics from Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregated visits.
The free Founder Systems Diagnostic
- Your first name and email address.
- Your business name and website or Instagram handle, if you give them.
- Your answers to the diagnostic questions, including business type, stage, what you would most like back and the areas you wish were systemised.
- The results we calculate from your answers: scores, profile, estimated weekly hours, bottleneck and suggested next steps.
- Whether you asked Rocha to review your results.
- Whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Your IP address, user agent, session ID, referrer, landing page and UTM tags at the time you submit.
- Whether you have taken the diagnostic before with the same email.
The free AI-Native Audit
When you start
- Your first name, email address, business name, and website or Instagram handle if you give it.
- Your type of business, turnover band, and who works in the business with you.
- Whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails, the wording you agreed to, and when.
- Your IP address and the campaign tags and referrer of the link you followed.
We save these the moment you start, and email you a private link so you can come back on any device.
Rocha is notified that you have started, and your details are added to our client records.
While and when you complete the audit
- The AI tools you use.
- Your weekly task list: the tasks you pick or write in, the hours each takes, who does them, and how you rate them.
- Your answers to the scored questions.
- Your readiness answers: when you want this handled, whether you are ready to invest, roughly what you have invested in outside help this year, and who makes the decision.
- Your progress while you complete the audit, saved against your private link so you can finish on any device. It is cleared when you finish.
- On your report, the hourly rate and hours you choose to enter in the calculator, if you do, and whether you ask to receive Rocha's notes.
- Your IP address, user agent and session ID at the time you finish.
What we calculate from it
- Your score, levels, estimated hours and money figures, and your roadmap. These are in your report.
- An internal "fit" rating that helps Rocha prepare for your call and decide what to recommend. It draws on your answers, including your readiness answers. It is not shown in your report. You can ask to see it (see section 9).
Please do not include other people's personal information, or sensitive information such as health details, in anything you write in.
The free Founder Quiz
- Your answers to the quiz questions, including anything you write in your own words.
- The buyer type the quiz works out from your answers, how sure it is, and the page it sends you to.
- A random session ID created in your browser, and the campaign tags and referrer of the link you followed.
- If you leave your name and email on a results page: those, and whether you ticked the box to receive marketing emails.
The quiz does not ask for your name or email to answer its questions.
After each answer, your answers so far are sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) so it can suggest the most useful next question and page. See section 5.
When you book or attend the exploratory call
Calendly collects the details you enter when booking (such as name, email and any notes) and the time you choose. Anything you tell Rocha on the call may be noted to help deliver your audit and any build.
When you email us
Your email address, what you write, and our replies.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
| What we do | Why | Lawful basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Send your private link, run the audit, show and email your report, hold the exploratory call | To give you what you asked for | Contract |
| Run the free diagnostic, show and email your results | You asked for it | Contract (or legitimate interests, where no contract forms) |
| Keep payment and tax records | The law requires it | Legal obligation |
| Add you to our client records (CRM) with your results summary, and prepare a fit rating before a call | To follow up on what you asked about and to recommend the right next step | Legitimate interests |
| Choose the next quiz question and the right page for you, with the help of Anthropic | To show you the next step that fits your business | Legitimate interests |
| Understand how people find and use our pages (session ID, UTM tags, referrer, analytics) | To improve our pages and see what works | Legitimate interests |
| Log IP address and user agent, and limit repeat submissions | To keep the service secure and stop abuse | Legitimate interests |
| Send marketing emails | Only if you ticked the box | Consent |
| Respond to your questions and requests | To help you | Legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed them against your rights.
You can object at any time (see section 9).
We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Your score and fit rating are calculated automatically, but a person (Rocha) reviews them, and they only shape how we follow up.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your answers to train AI models.
The only AI provider that receives any answers is Anthropic, for the Founder Quiz, and under its commercial terms Anthropic does not use them to train its models.
Your diagnostic and audit answers are not sent to any AI provider.
5. Who processes it for us
We use trusted service providers who handle information on our instructions:
- Stripe — payments and receipts for our paid products.
- Supabase — our database, where your answers, results, orders and client records are stored.
- Anthropic — reads your Founder Quiz answers to choose your next question and page.
- Resend — sends your access link, your report and your results email.
- Vercel — hosts our sites and provides cookieless web analytics.
- MailerLite — our email newsletter tool, used only if you have agreed to marketing emails.
- Calendly — booking the exploratory call.
- Google Fonts — our pages load a typeface from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Our business email — Rocha receives a notification at rochelle@thrivingera.com about each completed audit, including a summary of your answers and anything you wrote in your own words.
We may also share information:
- with professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) where needed;
- if the law requires it;
- if the business is sold or restructured, with the new owner, who must respect this notice.
6. International transfers
Thriving Era Ltd is a UK company. Our database is hosted in Sydney, Australia, and our other providers operate in several countries, including the United States.
When your information leaves the UK, EU or Australia, we rely on protections such as the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or the EU–US / UK–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
For Australian users, we take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
You can ask us for more detail.
7. How long we keep it

| Audit answers, results and report | 24 months after you complete the audit, then deleted or anonymised |
| Diagnostic answers and results | 24 months after you submit, then deleted or anonymised |

| Payment and order records | 7 years, for tax and accounting |

| Emails with you | 24 months after our last contact, unless needed for a client relationship |
If you become a build client, we keep what we need for that work under the terms of that engagement.
Your private report link stops working once your audit data is deleted.
8. How we protect it
Your answers are stored in a database that only our server can read.
Access to your audit and report uses a private link with a long random code.
Our admin area is password-protected.
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your private link to yourself.
If a data breach is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your information (access);
- correct it (correction);
- delete it (deletion);
- stop or limit using it (restriction);
- stop using it for our legitimate interests, including follow-up and analytics (objection);
- give it to you in a portable format (portability);
- stop marketing emails at any time (see section 10);
- withdraw consent you have given, without affecting what we did before.
To make a request, email rochelle@thrivingera.com.
We may need to confirm who you are.
We will reply within one month (UK/EU) or 30 days (Australia), and there is normally no charge.
Some things we must keep, such as payment records, even if you ask us to delete them.
If you are unhappy, please tell us first so we can put it right.
You can also complain to a regulator:
- UK: the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
- Australia: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
- EU: the data protection authority in your country.
10. Marketing emails
We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box on the diagnostic, audit or quiz.
The box is never pre-ticked, and you still get your results if you leave it empty.
Every marketing email has a way to unsubscribe.
You can also email rochelle@thrivingera.com with "Unsubscribe".
Service emails, such as your access link, your report, your receipt, and reminders about finishing your audit or booking your exploratory call, are not marketing.
We send them whether or not you tick the box.
11. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar ad trackers.
What we do use:
- Saving your progress. The AI-Native Audit saves your answers, your private access details and a random session ID in your browser's local storage, and a copy against your order on our server, so you can close the tab and come back on any device. This stays on your device until you clear your browser data. On a shared device, clear your browser data when you finish. The free diagnostic saves progress in session storage, which clears when you close the tab. The Founder Quiz saves your answers and a random session ID in local storage, so a refresh does not lose your place.
- First-party analytics. We record simple events (such as "started" and "completed") with a random session ID, page, referrer and UTM tags, sent to our own server.
- Vercel Web Analytics. Cookieless, aggregated page-view statistics.
- Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page when you buy one of our paid products. Calendly sets its own cookies on its booking page. Their own policies apply.
12. Children
Our services are for business owners.
They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
Our pages link to other sites, such as Instagram and Calendly.
Their privacy practices are their own.
14. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site.
